Prize Pickup
After winning on-air, the jock will inform you if your prize is in-house or not. If it isn’t we will send you an email once we receive it.
Once informed that your prize is ready, you may pick it up at our station
(3125 W. 6th St. Lawrence, KS. 66049).
Please bring your photo ID!
Our prize pick up hours are as follows:
Tuesday 1- 3pm
Thursday 3-5 pm
If these times do not work for you, you may have someone else pick them up for you, as long as we have their name beforehand. You may send alternate names or address any other questions in an email to radiopromotions@gpmnow.com
FAQ
Can you mail my prize to me?
No, we require a photo ID and a signature in person to pick up your prize.
How long do I have to pick up my prize?
You have 30 days after you were notified that your prize was in house to pick up your prize. After 30 days, your prize will be forfeited.
Can you switch out the prize you won with another one?
No, all of our tickets are under contract to be given away a specific way and we don’t have extras to swap out.
Can we schedule a different time to pick up?
If you send an email to radiopromotions@gpmnow.com we can try and accommodate on special occasions if there is staff available.
Can I purchase additional tickets from you?
No, we do not have tickets for sale.
When can I win again?
You can win again 30 days after you last won on-air.
